Pricing FAQs
Are there any hidden fees on top of the quoted price?
No. Fixed-rate jobs show the full price upfront including standard equipment, and hourly jobs are billed only for verified in-app tracked time — no undisclosed travel or callout surcharges.
How is the platform fee calculated for providers?
ServiceHubs charges a percentage-based commission on completed, paid jobs only — never on quotes, leads, or bids. The exact rate is confirmed in your provider dashboard before you accept a job.
When is my card actually charged?
Your payment method is authorized according to the booking terms shown at checkout. For eligible bookings, the provider is paid after completion and the applicable customer approval period.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations inside that window may incur a partial fee to cover the provider's reserved time — see the section above for details.
